
Justin Clark Dray has practically pursued a passion for pizza for as long as he can remember. Starting with an adolescent love affair with half pepperoni, half cheese Dominoes to being a Hut sl*t for crispy cheese to the edge and later a Papa John’s garlic buttered breadsticks junkie. As a blossoming teen, he would be enticed by a Chef Boyardee box pizza but would soon learn that the formula is not just a simple solution, but a life long journey; a quest if you will; & after buying a Kitchen Aid mixer for his wife to make him more cakes, the Foundation Pie Co. dream began to proof.

As a disciple of Noel “Slow Rise” Brohner, Justin has (thankfully) matured – his preferred pizza preferences is currently a pie with the Cornicione of a Neapolitan with the under-crust of a New York. He dabbles with Detroit Style, rocks out some Roman, sauces up a Sicilian and even gets dirty with a deep dish.
